General Sales Conditions
All the service offer of Parimis is submitted to the General terms of sale of the company..
The signature by the customer of an estimate or order form takes full and whole acceptance by the latter of the general terms of sale of the Company Parimis, without exception nor reserve, which the customer recognizes to have been able to consult beforehand.
The present general conditions of reservation apply to any reservation made on web sites www.xxx.com, www.yyy.com and www.zzz.com in one of the hotels of the European Company(Society) of Hotel business (SEH) for the individual clientele (except corporate bookings). They are an integral part of the contract.
The offers and the presented general conditions are valid in the day of their consultation. They are periodically updated, however any taken reservation will be honored in the date of the stay in the specified conditions.
In every reservation, will be communicated with you a number which will be necessary for you to cancel or modify your reservation..
You can reserve on sites www.xxx.com, www.yyy.com and www.zzz.com until the day of the arrival. No limitation in advance, as long as our price lists and availability are informed. You can also contact our central reservation in the following phone number: 01 02 03 04 05 since France or + 33 1 02 03 05 04 since quite different country.
The rents of rooms go from 11:00 am till 11:30 am the next day. If you reserve late for that very evening, we advise you to join our power plant of phone reservation, which will be able to warn the Parimis hotel of a late reservation.
If you reserve a room,it is attributed to you whatever is your arrival time. In case of arrival after 20 hours, you have to contact the Parimis hotel by telephone so that is if necessary communicated with you the access code to the hotel Parimis. Any command is guaranteed by credit card.
Price display
All the prices are posted in Euros (€). The VAT is always included. Certain services(performances) can be the object of a supplement. Price lists(rates) can be subjected(submitted) to possible modifications engaging on no account the responsibility of the European Company of Hotel business ( SEH), or that of the hotelkeepers that it represents. In certain cities, the posted price is increased by an on-the-spot payable tourist tax.
Means of payment
We accept the following means of payment: credit card ®, Aimed ®, Eurocard-Mastercard ® and American Express ® as well as Paypal ®. The credit card serves as guarantee for your reservation. No debit will be made on-line with the exception of the cases quoted below. All of the amount of the stay must be directly adjusted with the hotel Parimis.
· Date of validity of the credit card ends before your date of arrival in the hotel.
· Date of arrival in the hotel Parimis situated in more than 89 days of the date of reservation.
· If the reservation is an offer in immediate, not modifiable and not cancellable prepayment.
In this case the amount taken in guarantee amounts to the completeness of the stay. In all other cases, you will settle your stay directly to the hotel Parimis.
